La Fontaine des Etoiles
La Fontaine Des Etoiles was built from locally hewn stone
in 1830 to serve as the home for the local Abbe (bishop)of the
area. I purchased the building in 1998 and have undertaken extensive
restoration programme retaining all of the original features,
stone and granite fireplaces in all the rooms, a wealth of oak
beams, elegant high ceilings and very comfortable furnishings.
The house has been dedicated to enhancing and promoting a feeling
of Peace and Relaxation, where I offer meditation classes and
aromatherapy treatments to add the final touches to a get-away
from it all holiday. For those who want to self-cater is also
an oak beamed cottage in the grounds with all the comforts of
modern day living. plus
